Youth Think Tank in Brač brings students together to co-create pathways toward climate neutrality.
The CO2 PACMAN Youth Think Tank workshop held on September 26, 2025, on Brač island brought together high school students from Bol High School and university students from the University of Split to explore sustainability and decarbonisation challenges. Through peer-to-peer exchange, presentations, and interactive gameplay, participants examined local priorities for a climate-neutral future.
By combining technical analyses with youth perspectives, the workshop highlighted renewable energy and sustainable mobility as key pathways for Brač’s decarbonisation. The session reinforced the importance of youth engagement and marked another step in empowering young people as active contributors to the island’s transition toward climate neutrality, with continued involvement planned through the upcoming “The Island I Would Like” workshop.
