The 2nd CO2 PACMAN Rooting Lab in Crete (October 9-11, 2024) focused on climate neutrality through collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. Hosted in Rethymno with support from Mayor Giorgis Marinakis, the event featured 3D simulations, youth participation, and stakeholder discussions on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and transitioning to energy autonomy. The CO2 PACMAN initiative was officially introduced to the public, encouraging broad community involvement. The lab fostered awareness and cooperation among local government, businesses, and citizens, paving the way for future activities.
